I decided to re-dl Blood Money a few days ago but couldn't find any active links for the old cheat enabler that was around some time ago. Here's one I've made today. There's no need to reactivate it with each mission, it does so automatically, but you will need to have the game client running to enable it. You can start the game before or after launching the enabler. Only tested on Windows 7.
